CAI specializes in Architectural and Interior design and construction administration services for higher education multi-unit residential, single-family private residential, commercial tenant improvement, institutional lab renovations, and whole building modernizations. In addition to architectural design, CAI's repertoire of services also includes Facility Assessments, Feasibility Studies & Project Planning, Owner's Representative Project Management, AutoCAD Drafting & Revit Modeling, and Third-Party Quality Control documents review.
